Who are we?

We're an innovative and fun B2B technology company working out of Santa Monica, CA in the middle of a beautiful and vibrant beachfront community, nestled in the hub of Los Angeles' amazing tech community (we call it Silicon Beach ;) As of Jan 2012 we are a team of sixty engineers, product wizards, and sales professionals who work hard, play hard and support each other every day. We are a super tight team and if you join our little tribe your life is double-guaranteed to be awesome. The founders are former adrenaline fueled angel investor PAIGE CRAIG, social gaming Farmville-founder engineer wizard ZAO YANG, and Paypal-Yammer-Geni product visionary GEORGE ISHII

What are we doing?

We have a majorly big vision to "Make Work Rewarding!" and we aim to help every company and every employee enjoy a better work environment with our platform. Companies currently use our platform to reward and recognize thousands of employees with catered meals, coffee & beverages, gym memberships, yoga, massage, auto & personal care and thousands of other perks from local and national vendors. We've negotiated killer terms and rates and pass these on to our customers in a simple and affordable on-demand platform. We sometimes think of it as "Google Perks at Costco Prices."

We release features on a weekly basis and we have big ideas on how to change the work place for the better. In the coming months we'll have new products released which will shock and awe the workforce. If this sounds like your kinda place hit us up - we need amazing people here!
